Who Are We?

Our Mission

Memphis’ Economic Empowerment Coalition (MEEC) starts the conversation of wealth creation in high school. 

Through programs like the FLY Program (youth entrepreneurship & financial literacy), the Fresh Start Initiative (adults & families rebuilding), the High School to Homeownership Pipeline, and our Career Readiness/Job Placement Partnerships, we create real pathways to ownership, opportunity, and stability.

Our goal is simple — to make homeownership, financial literacy, business growth, and workforce success accessible to everyone, especially those who’ve been left out for too long.
